- The Exchange has two basic types of apartments: 2 bedroom/2 bath and 1 bedroom/1 bath. However, within those two types, we have 14 different floor plans available.

- How much does it cost to live at The Exchange?

- Prices range from $1,400 a month to $2,500 a month and are based on the unit type.

- What's included in this cost?

- Each unit includes a full custom kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel modern appliances (including a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, beverage center, and a full refrigerator), and in-unit washer/dryer. Residents will also have access to the rooftop terrace and free onsite parking. Parking garages are available to rent for an additional cost.

- Water is included in the cost of rent. Gas, electric, cable, phone, and internet service are not included.
